Friday May 15th is VIP admittance from 12pm to 6pm.
Saturday May 16th and Sunday May 17th are general admittance days from 10am to 5pm.
The 2026 Chicago Drum Show is being held at The Prairie Events Center on the Kane County Fairgrounds located at 525 South Randall Road in St. Charles, IL. When arriving, please use the entrance off Randall Road just after Old Second National Bank.
All pre-sold tickets are will call only. No need to print or download anything, just show your ID at the front entrance and we'll cross your name off.
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the door. Cash is preferred, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend. Please email chicagodrumshow@gmail.com to provide the full name of the person(s) you will be transferring your ticket to show their name can be added to the Will Call sheet.
Yes, there will be a concession stand inside and a food vendor located outside near the front entrance
Parking is free at the Kane County Fairgrounds.

Yes. We all understand that percussion instruments sometimes must be played loudly in order to properly demonstrate them. We recommend attendees bring hearing protection as needed. There will also be earplugs available for $1 at the exhibitor check-in desk. Exhibitors are expected to be a good neighbor and not ruin the show experience for attendees and other exhibitors by allowing jamming, practicing, or showing off. We ask that attendees show the same courtesy to each other by mindfully enjoying and trying all the amazing instruments at the show.
Yes, the Chicago Drum Show has a consignment booth available for individuals with one or a few items to sell. Please visit our Consignment page for full details. Please fill out and print the provided consignment form prior to arrival to expedite your consignment check-in process as it can get very busy during the mornings especially.
